4.0 out of 5 | The indoor radio controlled helicopter I ordered came by return of post and proved to be a much better product then I have expected. Material used was such that even after several crashes caused by pilot error, the helicopter showed no sign of damage. It has taken me an hour or so to get used to the feeling of the controls and to set it up for a steady flying indoors, but after that it was all more then expected. I took it outdoors in the garden on a calm day, and the flights proved to be very entertaining. The charge of the helicopter battery, from the control box is good for about 5-6 minutes of sustained flight, and recharging takes about the same time. The control box takes six AA size batteries. I have had the helicopter for two weeks now, with daily use for about an one hour a day. Batteries are still OK, but maybe a set of rechargeable batteries for the control box may be a good idea if you are going to use the helicopter a lot. Altogether very satisfied with the product and the HOTcraze service. I will now go and buy their flying Dragonfly. Thanks, HOTcraze. Karel Diblicek - 3 Dec 2007 |
