From the start of our interest in buying a property in Egypt I contacted GIP4U I was directed in the right direction with regards to what we wanted from the property ie.rental or for private use only. I was advised with the best areas to buy with regards to rental returns. The representives in Sharm El Sheikh have been exceptionally helpful they informed us continuously of market price changes and thus the outcome is that we have an apartment in Sharm of which we are extremely happy with. It was totally refurbished for no extra cost we bought on a complex that was already established which gave us the chance to rent straight away! All legal documentation and even the trip to sign them were all taken care of even transportation there and back. What is great is the fact that we dont have to worry if there are any problems at all our fantastic agent will always be on the case and advising us every step of the way which is a big weight off your shoulders when you are in the UK we have been extremely pleased with our dream home in the sun and we continue to enjoy great service from GIP4U.
