With over 8 years experience within the IT industry James started his career as a helpdesk operative working for Kwik-Fit Mobile. Over the seven years spent there he moved up the ladder to become the Support and IT Director responsible for all aspects of IT for the company. With skills ranging from assiting users on site and remotely, hardware and software support, office installations and project management James decided to move into the private arena. Able to either take on a one off PC installation or help setting up additional equipment to short term contract work James' skills can help.
