Had a virus on my home laptop, which prevented any access. IT guy at my work was unable to remove the virus. IT Solutions Ltd sent a technician to my home, on a Friday at 7pm. He removed the virus, without loosing any significant data, and also installed some extra freeware on my computer. He only left after 10:30pm, after everything was fixed. Very friendly service.
