Carol is very friendly, and very experienced, she makes you feel very welcome. I have had massages before but continue to re visit flow therapies as i know i am going to get a good treatment. i have no hesitation in recommending you book in for a quality service.

Carol's massage and aromatherapy helped me relieve tensions built up over a 930 km cycle tour. She is very professional, and understood quickly what was needed to relieve the pain in my back and neck muscles. Her consulting room is peaceful and serene, with a fabulous view over Morecambe Bay and the Lake District mountains. The view alone is therapeutic!
