I put a little message with my on-line order asking for it to be sent as quickly as possible (not really expecting anyone to take any notice of it), and I was amazed when just 3 hours later, I received an email to say that my order had been dispatched. It arrived the following day. I call that REAL service. Thank you 'Fancy That'.
