Judging by the amont of money we paid for it (£160 or there abouts!!!) we expected to be a top quality washing line and rightfully so. We were very disappointed in the product - it's badly made with poor quality materials and not user friendly - I was so fed up with dealing with your UK customer service people (who don't even work for your company so it's really not their problem and they certainly gave me that impression!) that I didn't bother sending it back. I found the appearance of the replacement aesthestically pleasing as it blends in beautifully with the garden. The improvements LOOK very good.
