What a wonderful service, the limo was fantastic, and our driver was so nice and friendly, he made it real personal experience for us. we thought that the service was very professional and was great value for money. Thank you so much for a wonderful day and we would definitely recommend your service to all our friends and family

A black limo was specifically ordered by telephone and a booking confirmation form emailed which did not state black- but was assured that a black limo would be delivered. On the day, a white limo turns up! Upon speaking to the driver and his company he says that nowhere does it request a black limo. After talking to the office they said they would be able to arrange for a black limo, but not until later in the day. The black limo arrives, and the driver (who says she is the owner) is very rude and aggressive. The black limo was very dirty and scratched to say the least- the driver said he would get it cleaned (still looked just as bad afterwards!)....Needless to say the wedding day was partly ruined!...Upon speaking to the Easy Limo office they straight away denied it was an error on their part- despite the manager (as he called himself) partly admitting to it- and refused to be able to do anything about it. A total shambles on their part!!!! Easy Limo was clearly a wrong choice!

i had a very nice wedding cars. We are happy that we chose this company limousines for our wedding. As many people we were thinking what budget should we have for our Wedding? This company offered us 3 hours ride and offered "pick-up" and "drop-off" service as well. And even special services for weddings 'included any extras like' Just Married 'signs, balloons, flowers or 'wedding march' horns. When you plan your wedding, make research and compare all companies and prices. It's very important if you want to get the perfect limo for that big day.

I hired a lincoln limo for my Wedding evening, it arrived with a driver wearing a black woolly hat who was in no rush to open the door for us, he didn't even greet us - i had to go up to his window and ask him if he was there for me. There were no wedding ribbons on the car as requested and the car was filthy. It had cracked paintwork and black old dirt especially around the doors and there was an old rucksack on the seat in the back where we were supposed to sit. The whole car needed hoovering and it smelled horrible, i refused to take the journey. I was assured that i would have a new limo that would look great, it was exactly the opposite. Their cars are filthy and their chauffeurs are scruffy and inexperienced, they ruined my wedding evening and they are not returning my communication, they have not refunded my deposit either. Do yourself a favor if you want a special experience - use another firm not this one.
