Beautifully located with stunning ocean views, Downe comprises a spacious Spa, a state of the art gymnasium, for therapy rooms, wet and dry lounging areas and a conservatory for dining - all under one roof. The Spa includes an octagonal spa bath with whirlpool jets, a sauna and a steam room. The spa lounging area has panoramic views across the spring-fed lilly pond to the coast. The Gym is spacious, light and airy and looks out to Lundy Island. There are four well equipped therapy rooms and a conservatory with a view over the Atlantic Ocean.
The Pamper Day at Downe includes all day use of the Gym and Spa, a two course lunch, a cream tea and refreshments all day as well as your choice of therapies. Downe is happy to tailor your Pamper Day to your requirements to include your preferred combination of therapies. In addition Pamper Breaks are available which combine a Pamper Day with a short stay in luxury cottages that adjoin the Health Spa.
