Diabolus in Musica is a merry band of costumed Elizabethan musicians and entertainers. They provide music for all sorts of event - weddings, banquets, Shakespeare days, corporate evenings, medical symposia, formal concerts. They operate in various configurations, from a soloist to a full four-part renaissance shawm band.

They are experienced professional musicians. The music, instruments and costumes are authentic. They are also entertainers, including Tudor speech, audience participation, improvisation and much jollity.

Anyone organising a historical themed event, or anyone looking for musical entertainment that's sophisticated, colourful, and fun, should contact Diabolus in Musica.

A recent addition is a costumed Georgian duo, for clients requiring polite 18th century drawing-room music.
