Response to a telephone call was prompt and courteous, the work competent and efficient. Clear explanations were given and extraneous queries answered. Most particularly, a home visit was made - vital for synchronising the wireless equipment etc. Three other companies were approached first; one did not respond to the answer phone message; one offered to call the following week and didn't; the third did not do home visits and did not solve the problem when provided with the processor.
