4.7 out of 5 | We had a computer hard disk fail on a Monday morning, which caused a great deal of problems as we could not access our data. I called Compudoc and was surprised that my call was answered straight away. I initially spoke with an engineer over the telephone and gave him details of the problem. He turned up the same day with a new hard disk and replaced this in the computer.
He tested the system and was able to save most of our data, which we were very grateful for. As a small business ourselves, it is a total pleasure to have the local services of another like minded company who genuinely care about their customers....I would use them again without a second thought!
