City Life Church - Religious OrganisationLocated in Southampton, City Life Church is a lively and multicultural church. It meets at Cantell School, Violet Road, SO16 3GJ, at 10. 30 am every Sunday. It is a Christian church that provides Sunday meetings, weekly mid-week home meetings to celebrate the Christian Faith within Southampton. Established in the 1970s the church has many years experience in the life of Southampton churches.
The church helps local people with a range of ways of engaging in the Christian Faith and has an office base in central Southampton and employs a number of staff to work with the church and run a project called CLEAR, working with refugees who have settled in Southampton. The church leaders, Paul Woodman and Bev Webb help people to settle into church and find their place in the Christian Community.
The church employs two full-time leaders, a student worker and administrative staff. The church has also set up a project called CLEAR that supports asylum seekers and refugees in Southampton. Several people are employed by the church to work on this social action project.
