He was polite and professional and I felt that the service was very reasonable. I was also provided a concise summary of the faults on my computer. I would recommend Chris every time. His professionalism was evident by the fact that when he had to return to sort out a small glitch resulting from a processor issue with one of the PCs, he did this very speedily without any extra charge.

I was pleased with the way Chris came to my aid. Shortly after reading my email, he went the extra mile and called me to get the exact details of my laptop, after which he emailed the driver to me. I am rating this service as excellent because BITSS puts customer first and not money.
This will be my first point of call henceforth, if in the future i have any problems with my IT course

They also left me with free software to stop this from happening again.

4.0 out of 5 | I had physically broken a memory stick with an important file on. I was pretty sure that nothing could be done, but it represented a lot of work, which I was keen not to have to do again from scratch. BITSS were great and recovered the data.
Chris was quick to respond to my query and accurate, fair and and honest in his information. He went out of his way to help - sorting it out that evening, out of office hours. He was quick and thorough in carrying out the work, and friendly and helpful to deal with.
