Alan and Daniel from ACS have recently managed and directed a 'Personal Bankruptcy' for me in its entirety.My initial contact with Daniel from ACS took place on a Sunday afternoon when Daniel informed me about how they would complete the necessary paperwork and would accompany me through the entire process of presenting my bankruptcy petition to 'York County Court', which is where the documents had to go to. The entire process from my first contact with Daniel and Alan to the 'Official Receiver's' taking control took two weeks. They communicated with me by email most of the time although we did have regular telephone conversations. They were attentive, compassionate and very reassuring in all their communications with me. Alan accompanied me to court on the day the petition had to be presented and he made me feel confident and composed. He directed me through the entire process and told me exactly what I would be asked at each stage of the proceedings. If you are considering bankruptcy ACS should be your first port of call. The fees they charge are very modest and do not reflect their high standards and the gracious expertise of Daniel and Alan.
