1.3 out of 5 | The company booked a job to repair a major plumbing leak and never showed up. When I called to inquire about the no show, I was told they were over booked and had decided not to come out to service the leak. There was no explanation why Alert didn't notify us that they were not going to show up. This is very poor customer care, even when you don't have a customer with a serious leak problem. Though I paid nothing to Alert for this bad experience, I did take time off from work to be at home for the service. As such I expected more for my money. David K - 22 Apr 2008 |
