With its head office in Norwich, Alan Boswell Group is a well established company offering insurance broking services and independent financial advice to personal clients and businesses from Norwich, the county of Norfolk and across the whole of the UK. Formed in 1982, the company has many years experience in the insurance and financial services sector.
The group provides a wide range of insurance solutions, risk management services and independent financial advice to individuals and businesses. The services and advice offered are designed to protect the assets and wealth of the Group's valued clients. The business combines state of the art technology with a team of qualified staff enabling clients to benefit from the very highest standards of personal service.
With over 150 friendly staff members, Alan Boswell Group has an expanding workforce of highly skilled insurance brokers, independent financial advisers and account handlers. The Group includes Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Limited (the general insurance operation) and Alan Boswell and Company Limited (the independent financial planning division). In 2007 the group opened a new business insurance centre in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The Group provides a wide range of insurances and financial planning services that are tailored to its clients specific requirements and selected to meet individual circumstances. General insurance products range from simple home insurances or small business insurance packages, to complex combined policies and risk management programs for large corporations. Specialist areas of expertise include: buy to let property insurance (for residential landlords), pub insurance, restaurant insurance, hotel insurance, professional indemnity insurance and self-drive hire insurance.
Alan Boswell Group has an extensive network of clients situated in and around Norwich and Norfolk and many more across the UK. Alan Boswell Group is a founder-member of the Institute of Insurance Brokers and is also a member the British Insurance Brokers Association. The general insurance broking division has been ISO 9001: 2000 certified for more than 10 years. In 2007, the Group became one of the sponsors of the National Skills Academy for Financial Services. Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Limited and Alan Boswell and Company Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The Group is independently owned and is managed by a board of directors which has many years experience in the insurance industry. The directors remain very much involved in the day to day running of the business and most maintain regular client contact through continued broking activites or as independent financial advisers.
