Adrian Locke is a highly skilled mechanic and technician who has excellent customer facing skills. Having used dealerships for servicing and repair in the past we have become used to a rather faceless approach to customer care. Adrian is the total opposite of this. He takes time to listen carefully to what the customer thinks is wrong with car then he takes time to explain options about what work needs doing and lays out costs very clearly before undertaking the work. The pricing is always fair and I am always confident that he only recommends work which really needs doing to the vehicles. He makes himself available at short notice and will fit in around our working schedules. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Adrian Locke and A.m.l Advanced Vehicle Services.
