AMAC provide asbestos related auditing services to enable Asbestos Contractors and Training Providers to comply with ever improving industry standards and requirements. All auditing is carried out in accordance with the stringent requirements of ISO 19011.

To provide an absolute specialist service to clients, AMAC do not provide nor offer any commercial training, surveying services, fibre counting, laboratory analysis or general health and safety consultancy.

AMAC also produces the Independent Asbestos News, a bi-monthly publication, supported by the HSE who submit bi-monthly editorial. The newsletter publishes editorial from the industry, construction and trades, legislative updates and information relevant to the Asbestos Industry, Construction and Demolition and the Trades.

The newsletter is distributed to every UK and Northern Ireland Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractor, Scaffolder and those licensed to hire labour, the NFDC, UK Councils, Training Providers, Product and Service Suppliers.

Mike Keeligan heads AMAC and is also the General Manager of the recently launched United Kingdom Asbestos Training Association - UKATA.

AMAC offers an Independent Service to a variety of Business Sectors, and specialises in auditing all aspects of Asbestos Removal, Thermal Insulation and Auditing Training Providers.
