With several years experience in the self catering holiday accommodation industry, 6 Portinode Cottages is an evolving, small-scale, family run business, offering a high quality property to discerning customers throughout Ireland and the UK and beyond. Established in 2005, and gaining a Northern Ireland Tourist Board 4 star rating in 2007, the business comprises a fully equipped, modern, cottage style property, located in a quiet rural setting on the northern shores of Lower Lough Erne, about 3 miles north-west of the village of Kesh, County Fermanagh.

Whether guests are looking for a relaxing break or an activity based holiday in the beautiful Fermanagh lakeland, 6 Portinode Cottages will provide the perfect base. Surrounded by its own open gardens and enjoying wonderful views of nearby Hare Island and beyond, the property has access to a private berth in Portinode Cottages' marina. The cottage has a south facing patio area, offering equisite views of the lake and surrounding hills. BBQ facilities and patio furniture are also available. Someone is always available to meet and greet guests when they first arrive.

The cottage comprises 3 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with wc and electric shower, and patio doors offer views of the lake. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third has a set of bunk beds. The main bathroom has a bath. The kitchen is attractively designed and equipped with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher. The dining room has a large table with eight chairs, and the lounge has a TV, DVD, and CD / radio player. Although the property is centrally heated, an open fire can provide an extra sense of cosiness during cooler evenings.
