The other reason was that similar specs DVR costs cheaper than in other shops. Being a newbie to cctv, during setup, I was in constant communication via email to customer support and all my questions were answered promptly and with detail. I was impressed. Great products are hard to find, but great service is even harder. The best value for money i ever spent.  Useful
