1.3 out of 5 | Utter utter, infuriatingly rubbish customer service. Only open 10am-1pm weekdays for phone calls. Takes ages to get responses. Ordered big TV 02 January, never told me it was out of stock until after I ordered. Arrived 21 Jan - broken. Replacement out of stock, again. Still waiting for return item 14 March. The small amount of financial saving was not worth a penny - next time I am going to the Sony Shop, at least they understand CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
