1.0 out of 5 | This review is with regard to Egoo which I believe is part of 1st Electronics. I placed an order on behalf of a charity for a fingerprint lock (£200) at the beginning of October 2009. It is now January 2010 and I still haven't received anything. I have telephoned them many times and no-one is answering the telephone. I have sent them an email of complaint, requesting a full refund and as yet I have had no response. They took the money immediately & as far as I'm concerned they have stolen from a charity! 1.3 out of 5 | i purchased item for £350.00 at the ideal exhibition show on 13/04/09. was promised to deliver within 14 days. Never received anything. On may 12 after i kept on chasing them on phone and emails had a reply promising beginning of June.So far haven't received anything. Can' t get them on phone.
I have been totally ripped of with lots of frustration. I had a 5% refund, don't really know what for. I just want the item or full money back

1.0 out of 5 | Flauty Fingerprint lock, this company as promised to replace it but that is it promised its now four months on, and still the same, if you can get them on the phone all you get is we will sort it, and the date you get is no good because your get a new date if you get them on the phone, and so it go's on.
