Really friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. They fit in with the student and the training is superb. In depth power points. I have been recommending 1st 2 Achieve to others, some of whom have enrolled. Very impressed and leaving me wanting to learn much much more!!!! I have plenty of confidence in the trainers due to them consistently being able to answer in depth questions showing they have a great knowledge of the subject matter. A big thank you!

FABULOUS!Great Staff, great course, great help! I love the way that the profit goes to the Charity Riding for the Disabled. More companies should be this socially responsible. I very much recommend them over any college and I have done courses at Rodbaston college and Reaseheath college which were awful, really commercial, impersonal and a horrible atmosphere. 1st2 Achieve courses are 1-2-1 in your own yard whereever you are, and designed for each person. I cannot say enough good things about this college.

I have been extremely pleased with the level of service that 1st 2 Achieve provides. Ideas and innovations that I was not aware of were brought to my attention and explained clearly.

Standards of service provided are outstanding and communication has been strong at all times. I look forward to my continuing work with 1st 2 Achieve, to recruit, develop and further enhance professional martial arts instructors.

Great service! My Program Manager was very supportive which I needed because I am dyslexic and the program was completed easily as it was all practical. There was no writing involved which is what appealed to me. I am now fully employed and beat my competitors for the job because I had real work experience not just qualifications. I now want to do an Advanced Apprenticeship so that I can move onto University and get my degree whilst working so that I do not get into debt. The pathway I took, was a quicker route to University because I completed the programs within 14 weeks rather than taking a year per course. I really recommend 1st2 Achieve, it was much better than my experience at college.

A good selection of courses to choose from. I did the Activity Leadership apprenticeship and I am now looking forward to a career in Adventure Sport after only 4 months since starting the course. The training was all done in the workplace which was great because it was enjoyable, informal, part of my job and didnt interfer in my private life. Assessments were fun too, not anything to worry about, my tutor just came and watched what I was doing as part of my job. It was so relaxed that my clients didnt realise that I was being assessed or watched. I am dyslexic and the support I got from my personal tutor was fab. She was always on hand to help and if I had a problem I could email, FBook or MSM her we often spoke using webcam which helped a lot as it meant that I could see her outside of normal teaching hours. This was important because my job involved shift work. I am going to do another course with 1st2 Achieve, its free, I had fun doing the last one, so why not!

I chose to learn with 1st2 Achieve rather than attend college or sixth form because I wanted to get into the fitness industry and earn some money asap. I found an apprenticeship placement which mean that I learnt the skills and knowledge on the job. 1st2 Achieve came to the workplace, and I didn't have to go to college. I should add that they are partnered with a college so you get the quality, help and support you would expect from a large college but you stay in the workplace.

I was allocated my own personal program manager who helped me so much on a one to one basis. I can honesty say this was the BEST learning experience I have ever had. Really top notch, caring, supportive and I worked at my own pace. My program manager told me there is no failing, just more practise. There are no exams, all I had to do was be observed doing my job by my program manager (which was not scary at all)and copy anything that I did as part of my job such as a personal appraisal with my manager, keep notes of any meetings I went to. It is so easy, I would encourage anyone to get in touch. I know they run all sorts of qualifications such as Martial Arts and horsesy stuff, so there is something for every one.

A great team! Great support, help and advice from the start. They got me onto the right program, helped me find a work placement, supported me through the course and now I am a fully trained outdoor instructor employed in the Adventure Sport industry.

I was never into college or school but the work based courses are brilliant. I found that I was treated like an adult, and could start and finish my course when ever I wanted to. Now I am at least a year ahead of my peers who took the tradition route and went to college, plus I am now getting paid!

I would certainly recommend 1st2 Achieve Training.
