The company also takes the pressure away from managers when they face problematic employees i. E. Managing the disciplinary process, put in place an absence management programme, termination of employment.

The training given by 001 Inspiration Ltd was very well constructed, with clarity, direction and transparency. It was exactly what I needed as Chairman of the OSCAR as it gave me clear directions in carrying out my duties.
