Am in the process of getting all my windows replaced, the windows and patio doors I have had done already are of a fantastic quality, I am absolutely delighted. The joiners were very tidy and helpful when I had a query. The salesman Grant was excellent, we had a wee problem and he sorted it right out for us, we appreciated his help. Had all windows replaced due to the fair price offered. We're really pleased with the quality and finish of the windows. The professional staff at all levels has really impressed us from the salesman to the fitters to the office staff. The few minor issues we did have were handled without quibble and very quickly. We would certainly recommend them to anyone as they did an excellent job and tidied up after!!
From the sales visit, through fitting and even and after fitting adjustment - the people in NSJ have been very polite and helpful. I received a number of quotes but Angus the salesman was the most authentic and helpful and made it an easy choice both quality and price wise. After ordering I was kept well informed and the door was fitted professionally and quickly in a couple of hours. I did need some adjustments to make the handle less stiff but I phoned up and an engineer came out and sorted it quickly. Overall great service, honest and good value company. As for the door it looks very nice and has improved the warmth of my hallway immensely. I think it says something about the quality of the door that an Everest salesman visiting afterwards said it was far superior to the doors they could have fitted and at a lot better price and delivery schedule! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new door!
Three window units were replaced. This was done in a professional and efficient manner, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. The workmen kept me informed of progress and ensured that I was happy with the work that they were carrying out.
