Very impressed with the service at 5 star where I recently had tyres fitted on an audi tt. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Will definitely be using again. Highly recommended.

I recently had my car Serviced and MOT'd, including the MOT failure repairs which had to be done. The work was all very well carried out and completed on the same day with no inconvenience to myself.

The service i received was rubbish as well as the prices of the service, it was cheaper to go to main dealers would not recommend to anyone.

Company response : This pleasant customer last came to us 18 months ago. He had not mentioned to us directly about any concerns. He purchased two tyres for his car which we fitted. Before carrying out the work we gave this customer a fixed price and it was his choice whether he wanted to go ahead or not. If at this moment in time he felt the tyres were too expensive then he was more than welcome to shop around. Further it is our company policy to match any like for like written quote by any other car garages in Huddersfield as we feel we are very competitive and offer value for money on our products and services. I already knew I needed a new alternator for my car so just bought the parts needed and 5star done the work quickly and without any problems. They charged me a reasonable price and I had my car back within 2 days. Very pleased!

After having an accident in my car a few weeks ago, I was worried about the cost of repair. I asked the guys at 5 star to take a look and they started work immedietly. The price they gave me for the whole job is double what I originally thought I would be paying out, which was great! They were very friendly and I will probably use them again.
