However Chris stuck by me through the good and the bad always offering the support and advice I needed. Now I've passed First time with only 2 minors, im just over the moon that I had someone as calm and professional as Chris to get me through this hurdle in life. A massive Thank You to Chris being a top notch instructor aswell as a genuine person to be around. It's a shame im having to stop really :).  |

Hull | 5.0 out of 5 Posted : 23 Apr 2012 I took Refresher lessons with Martin in Hull to gain confidence driving in UK. The time spent with Martin was invaluable. Martin’s lessons were a pleasure and his knowledge, kindness and clear objectives to learn were exemplary, I always felt supported and confident. Driving is a life skill which creates many opportunities and opens up a world of independence. I cannot say how thankful I am of Martin and although I am happy to drive my car I miss his guidance on the road. Thank you, Martin! I couldn`t have asked for a better instructor. Eva Stamatova. |

I passed 2nd time thanks to you, you were brilliant going to miss not driving with you but feel confident to know that I can drive on my own thanks a million Derry. |
Scunthorpe | 5.0 out of 5 Posted : 26 Mar 2012 I passed the B+E test first time thanks to Chris. It is seven years since I passed my initial driving test, therefore I had slipped into some bad habits which Chris had to break, although I think I nearly broke Chris in the process! I initially booked a two hour assessment and based on this Chris advised how many hours of lessons I would need, the number of hours were not unreasonable (unlike other driving instructors who might impose a minimum number of hours or say you need a lot more hours than you actually do as they are only interested in the money; Chris does not operate in this manner). I had a very tight schedule in which to have the lessons and take the test and Chris was very accommodating towards this. It ended up being less than two weeks between initially contacting Chris and passing the driving test. Use of the off-road facilities at the airfield are excellent, especially for the reverse maneuver as this is marked and measured out exactly as it is at the test centre. Some other driving schools just use public car parks therefore the distance between the cones may not be correct and you have the added pressure of members of the public watching your every move. Being able to practice the reverse maneuver at the airfield means there are no nasty surprises once you get to the test centre. Chris is very knowledgeable about the B+E test and what is required in order to pass and he actually wants you to pass! Thank you very much Chris. James |

Hull | 5.0 out of 5 Posted : 14 Mar 2012 I took driving lessons with Angie from Hull, she was a outstanding tutor. Angie has a friendly but professional approach to teaching how to drive. She explained areas for improvement when it was needed and always adapted her teaching around the speed at which I was learning. Always happy to book lessons at a time most suitable and even after a lesson time was over some useful advice and valuable theory was always explained. I have now passed my driving test and would like to take this opportunity to say that I would recommend Angie to anyone who wishes to learn how to drive and pass their driving test, Thank You Angie. |

Although I'm over the moon to have passed my test, I'm sad not to be driving with Martin anymore! I would recommend him to anybody and have already got my boyfriend and sister onboard. Excellent driving instructor with patience, excellent explaining skills. First class all the way. I have been impressed from start to finish. He is the guy to book to get your driving license, don't look for anybody else. Highly recommended. |

Grimsby | 5.0 out of 5 Posted : 6 Feb 2012 I learnt with Chris, I came to Chris after trying out 2 different driving schools in Grimsby, the first guy I was with I felt like I was not learning anything and that I was just paying him to drive his car around. I initially did an assessment with Chris which I was really worried about doing after doing another assessment with another different driving instructor and it being one of the worst moments of my life. However once I was with Chris he made me feel relaxed and not on the spot… He knew straight away what problems I had and what I needed to work on. Throughout my driving lessons he diverted away slightly from the syllabus, purely to suit me and my needs at the time. With the syllabus and knew exactly what I was learning and when I was doing it. Also the score system showed what parts I needed to work on instantly. Chris as an instructor was great; he knew the atmosphere to create to make me feel calm whilst driving. I managed to pass with in a few months after learning from Chris and I feel like I could not have gone with a better school or driving instructor. Thanks for being awsome... Danielle |

Hull | 5.0 out of 5 Posted : 5 Jan 2012 I was instructed by Angie in Hull and she was brilliant. Having driven overseas (Egypt) I had a lot of bad habits ingrained that were tough to get rid of. Angie was always calm, supportive and friendly while providing instructional feedback and advice. I felt fully supported during the lessons and she inspired confidence and gave detailed explanations as to why something had to be done and the danger of not doing it. Not only was she able to navigate around my busy schedule, she was able to structure the lessons around my specific learning needs. I would recommend these driving lessons for beginners and seasoned drivers alike. Great support throughout and great value for money! |

Grimsby | 5.0 out of 5 Posted : 21 Oct 2011 After passing my driving test 12 years ago I needed to take the B+E test to tow my horsebox. I put it off for ages thinking it would be very expensive and too much hassle. Until I found Drivesafe! Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the MANY rules involved with towing a trailer, coupling and uncoupling, and has a fabulous method for getting you reversing like a pro :-) He worked hard to fit me in around my very busy work schedule and I cant thank him and Drivesafe enough! The test is very difficult but can be made possible by Chris. I am delighted that I can now take my horse out without relying on others and also feel that its safer for my horse to be towed by me rather than someone that can tow automatically because they passed their test before the laws changed! So the moral is get on with it! Once you've passed it, you've got the category on your license for good! Sorry for the waffling - I'm delighted :-)Thanks Drivesafe x |

Any questions I had were no bother to be answered. He helped me loads to pass my test. Would really recommend drive safe and Colin to anybody that would like to learn. Thanks Again Colin!!!! |
Cleethorpes | 5.0 out of 5 Posted : 2 Oct 2011 I had Lisa as my instructor and passed first time! I couldn't fault her. She helped me with any of the area's I was struggling with, even the hazard perception part of the theory test. I would definitely recommend her/Drive Safe in general to anyone. |

Id been with two other schools, only too give up due to various reasons. I'm not the quickest learner and have a terrible memory, so remembering reverse parking etc... Was a weak point for me.Chris worked around this issue and found a way too teach me that worked. Lessons where fun so I didnt loose interest and he was quick to pick me up if I felt disheartened. I would never recommend another school now. Thanks Drivesafe.... I owe you big time. Xx |
