| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - After calling in several companies for quotes, some very low some very high,including British gas they quoted three thousand pounds with lots of extras top quality boiler certifacation yearly check etc. we decided to go with British gas they were offering a very extensive service. Three times we called them as it was heading very quickly towards winter, they never got to us so i rang Clarke gas.John clarke came along a very polite freindly professional young man who offered all that British gas offered for a substantially reduced amount same boiler as British gas i was astounded i asked him if he was sure he said yes of course, we rang him back that evening and asked him when he would be able to start the work. He said he had one job to finish in the morning and he would be able to start the next afternoon.He was there the next day started work brought in a builder to make a place for the flu to go in and it was all completed in two days. John was very meticulous in his work he just got on and worked till it was complete. he checked all the radiators for me, checked the pressure of tthe water. and took away all his mess you would not have known he had been in it was so clean. I strongly recommend Clarke gas. all my certification was sent through from the council and the gas company within a month.I rang John recently because i had a leaking tap i felt awful ringing him for such a small job but he popped round to my house and fixed the problem,and bless him did not even charge me if you want a good service and a pleasant person in your home this is the company to go for. as an after thought the boiler is so efficient my gas bills have gone down also.
