1.35 1.3 out of 5 - Very disappointed with the service. Came and diagnosed the problem and charged £25 for the privilege of 2 minutes of work only to call me a few days later and to say that their supplier doesn't supply the relevant part. Highly disappointing since the company claimed that they dealt with the relevant make of dishwasher. Sept 2012.
Company response : This is not fair. It is not our fault that the part for your machine is obsolete. As for the 25.00, would you go out for nothing?? That was a diagnostics fee and cheap at that!! |
