Bought a tumble dryer from Able last year, is has been great. On sunday it stopped going around, found my receipt and only had two days left on the warrenty, they came next day, was just the belt that had snapped, he ordered one there and then, came back next day and fitted it :) also my dishwasher handle had fallen off so they fixed that for me to, was nothing to do with them but thats just the sort of people they are, you dont see that very often anymore! will be there when I need any other new white goods thanks again :).

Excellent service. They diagnosed that I needed a new Dishwasher and came and fitted it yesterday. It was a harder job than they expected due to the fact that the plumbing work in my kitchen was so bad. They not only connected the dishwasher but also re-aligned my washer dryer and worked for almost 2 solid hours to ensure everything was OK. I would highly recommend these people and I will use them again when I need a new washer/dryer.

Our old washing machine broke catostrophically on Sunday night. By Friday Able had assesed it for repair and then sold and installed us a perfect replacement for only the cost of the replacement. They are reliable, flexible and fair.

Arrived within the time slot. Unfortunately, were unable to repair our washing machine but not for the want of trying. Were very thorough in diagnosing the problem. This was unlike another "engineer" who told us it was a failed pump, which it wasn't. We're going to see what machines they have.

I did a call out for a tumble dryer repair. I was told it would be between 10 and 1 and I would be called when they were on their way, all of which happened. The drier (and a faulty socket) were both repaired promptly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable and as a local I was advised there was no call out fee. I was going to go with a fixed price service from another provider but the review they had put me off. I was persuaded by the reviews for Able Domestics, who cost half the price of the fixed price and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Excellent service, extremely happy with the work and speed the work was carried out. They replaced my inside door rubber seal, working perfect since big thank you. Highly recommend not like a few I have asked for quotes off before , only to be told there were many other issues my washer had. Great value for money A*******.

The engineer made an initial vist where I was given a very resonable quote to service to my Bosch Exxcell washing machine. I observed the engineers at work and was extremely impressed by the speed and efficiency of the work. My work involved replacing my door seal, carbons, and interlock within the machine. I throughly impressed and I can't recommend this company enough.

The service engineer (and his apprentice) were reliable, honest, exceptional value for money and trustworthy. The apprentice even fixed a dodgy kitchen door! Thank you!

Very disappointed with the service. Came and diagnosed the problem and charged £25 for the privilege of 2 minutes of work only to call me a few days later and to say that their supplier doesn't supply the relevant part. Highly disappointing since the company claimed that they dealt with the relevant make of dishwasher. Sept 2012.

Company response : This is not fair. It is not our fault that the part for your machine is obsolete. As for the 25.00, would you go out for nothing?? That was a diagnostics fee and cheap at that!!

My washing machine finally packed in after 15 years, looked at currys comet &john lewis 2/3weeks delivery tried local shop (able)@12.30THUS 16/08/12 machine delivered by 2.00 fitted old one removed @ no extra cost. Mrs l willson.

Have been meaning to write a review for ages. Absolutely excellent service. We expected a huge bill to fix our oven, but were charged only £20 - which included a small part, travel and about half an hour attendance! Seriously good, reliable service. Would definitely recommend.
