Love the Kitchen and was fitted very well. However felt a bit let down at the end when had to wait over 3 weeks from paying to get the little things finally finished.

Company response : The reason for the delay was that the cornice was out of stock with the supplier , once back in stock we then made every effort to complete the job .. All we can do is apologise to Mrs Coggan for the unexpected delay..

MLS were approached to help design and supply and install a new fitted kitchen for me.

Mike was extremely quick at providing both costs and 3D proposals and within hours he had provided a fully costed quotation which was competitive when compared to Magnet, Wickes, B&Q etc.

Mike was willing to offer suggestions for cost savings and was happy to pass on some good design ideas.

As with anything there were numerous changes requested by us and these were handled well by MLS, updating the quote and drawings quickly and as often as needed.

Mike met me at the house and set out the kitchen making any final adjustments and advised of what we needed to do next. Samples of the various finishes were provided.

Fitting commenced less than 2 weeks after first making contact with MLS and the kitchen was fitted within 1 week, with just granite and final finishes the following week.

The installation was extremely good and numerous people have commented on the quality of the install and the ability of the kitchen fitter who is very keen to get every detail correct.

Any minor issues have been solved very quickly including replacing a unit which was damaged by somebody else working in the property.

Price is competitive, but the service and quality of the units and install is much better than the larger companies out there, so you definately get more for your money.

I work for a commercial property consultancy and would not hesitate to reccomend MLS to my clients looking for a high quality kitchen solution.

this company listens to what you want and designs your kitchen within your budget no pressure at any time the quality of the units is excellent with soft closing doors my kitchen looks better than the design plan. I would urge you to give them a call if thinking about renewing your kitchen you will not be disappointed I assure you.

We had a complete new kitchen installed with appliances by MLS. Exceptional value for money, so much more for your money with the quality of work surface and units being excellent. Mark the fitter completed the job to a very high standard very detailed with his work and always left the place clean. No complaints at all. I would highly recommend MLS over any! big named company on the high st including B&Q and WREN, offering kitchen design. We got exactly what we wanted and more taking on board the advice provided. You’d be daft not to get a quote from MLS.

Very happy with the new kitchen but I would recommend the fitters use dust sheets as we had dust all through the front room but on the whole i'm happy with the workmanship.

MLS were employed by ourselves on a new build apartment complex consisting of 12 two bedroom apartments and two penthouse suites. Their design stage attention to detail was second to none with a very flexible approach accommodating changes and variations with ease. Excellent use of cad drawings with 3d graphics to really demonstrate the proposed layouts. Use of quality products combined with experienced and professional fitting teams ensured a "hassle free" install resulting in a quality finish with excellent client approval and, most importantly, on time and within budget. Good communication skills and quick responses made for an informed and enjoyable on-site experience - would certainly use again and have already sent an enquiry for a new 34 house development. A refreshing change to find people who actually carry out what they promise to achieve and when!

From beginning to end , the customer service journey with MSL Kitchens could not have been better. Both Mike as Project Manager and Graham as fitter demonstrated a level of customer service which is rarely seen these days,exceeding expectations and anticipating needs well in advance. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. They overcome challenges, provided solutions and did a wonderful job in the process. Thank you so much.

Really pleased with my new kitchen and the quality of the units. The service was excellent, no hard sell and all turned around within 4 weeks. Simon the joiner was excellent in his work, very detailed. I would highly recommend mls the company and Simon the joiner.

Decided to use MLS after getting quotes from B and q, wickes, homebase and another kitchen company. Initialy I thought they would be to expensive. However there quote was very competative. The cabinets are good quality and well made. Phil visited us and took measurments we picked the kitchen from there Catalogue Mike did the 3D drawing and e mailed it to me it was exactly has we planned. Phil then brought samples of what we had chosen to the house once confirmed we were given a date for delivery and installation. The day came there fitter Mark arrived early and set to removing our old units. The new kitchen arrived a bit later on. It took Mark two and a half days to complete. He arrived early each day and worked solidly through out the day the finished kitchen was exactly the 3D Image. The finish and quality is far better than we thought, we are very pleased with the end result. Would we use MLS again yes we would.

Have used MLS kitchens to supply a number of our projects now and the quality and design of the kitchens is second to none. The rigid built construction cabinets are a dream to fit and reduces our time on site greatly. Highly professional service and recommended.

Had our kitchen fitted by MLS Kitchens the week before xmas. From start to finish the service was top notch and cannot complain about the service and product we received, they also did all they can to finish a large kitchen prior to xmas.
All in all very satisfied with there work and would recommend to anyone.

Glad we chose Mls kitchens. We had a magnet plan done just before christmas but they couldn't fit us in on the dates we required. We looked around and sent my magnet plan in to mike at Mls. We ended up with neff appliances and granite Worktops which we thought we would not be able to afford at first. Mls saved us 40% overall on like for like but with better appliance and Worktops. The organising and fitting where first class. We would recommend Mls and have done already to a our friends who are in the process of buying a kitchen of them this week cheers lee and Claire.
