i used the firm when my father passed away,also to apply for power of attorney over my mother.They were brilliant on offering advise and very quick and efficient regarding the power of attorney.I would strongly recommend the firm regarding legal expertise and would certainly use them again.

Over the last twelve years I have rented a number of properties in England and abroad, from both private landlords and well-established estate agents, and I can honestly say that in all this time I have never experienced such a high level of service. From my first viewing of the property to my eventual move out, the staff at Solicitor Direct have been genuinely courteous, responsive, and efficient, and have dealt with everything (from problems to paperwork) quickly and effectively. After previous bad experiences with other agencies, it's real peace of mind to know that the property is being managed by professional and trustworthy people, and I would recommend Solicitor Direct highly, and without reservation, to potential tenants and property owners alike. The solicitor assigned to my case was extremely helpful. she was always competent in answering my questions and in dealing with the issues surrounding my case in a timely manner. I have been using Solicitor direct for twelve years now and have recommended them to many friends and colleagues in this time. Was recommended solicitor direct by a friend. The staff were extremely helpful and managed to answer all of my nagging questions!! Very Professional and friendly service. I loved the fact they are open beyond 5pm, till 7 pm, meaning i could go after work. I would highly recommend them to others and use them again. I researched into prices and solicitor direct are also very competitive and value for money

Very good, professional service. The solicitor that dealt with our move was very knowledgable. Admin staff were helpful and efficient. I sometimes felt that we were chasing for answers or to find out how far the case had progressed, but overall the service was of a high standard.

I have used solicitor direct on various occasions and each time I have been very impressed with the fast and efficient service I received. They are very friendly and approachable and they have extended open hours to enable you to complete forms outside of normal working hours so this enable working people to be able to use the service with little disruption. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

We placed our property to rent with Solicitor Direct and were hugely impressed with the information and support we received from the office.
In particular, the two members of staff we dealt with most were Jemma and Ruth, both of whom were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. Overall, a great experience for us and I would thoroughly recommend the services of this company.

When I wanted to buy a new flat, I chose Solicitor Direct for the conveyancing because a friend recommended them and their fees were competitive. The purchase was not straightforward, needing money from four different sources, including a remortgage. In addition, the lease on the new property was unnecessarily onerous and the vendor's solicitors unhelpful. Solicitor Direct provided calm and considered responses in a stressful situation, and were willing to talk through the issues at some length, all of which helped enormously in seeing the purchase through. I will definitely use them again and would recommend their services to others.
