I was pleasantly surprised in that.
1) Michael offered a free call out service if your address was within 10 miles of his address.
2) His charges were very reasonable compared to his competitors.
3)He quickly identified two minor problems, namely switch on PC and reason for Pc beginning to overheat. But then he stayed to check full functioning of PC and discovered that there must be a virus affecting Pc switch and mouse. Before leaving he kindly started off the process for me to do a full system restore and he pointed out that the modem had no router.
4)Michael also discussed options as regards whether to fit new PC case. As to whether to take another PC away for repair.
5) Michael did all this within the space of an hour. Despite his obvious ability (which I can recognise as my late brother repaired PCs) Michael was never condescending , just simply pleasant and helpful and down-to-earth. He even had a sense of humour !

After an initial call MPS have been quick and have provided exactly what I wanted - personal service at a very good price. They have installed a new server, rebuilt a laptop to improve speed and built a new desktop to a very high standard.
The work was carried out at the time agreed and the price agreed.

My sons laptop screen was cracked Michael responded quickly to our call. Took it away sorted the problem and returned the laptop. Tested it again looked as though there was a gremlin. Michael took it away was'nt happy till things were 100% back again later that day and works fine Really pleased with service and would recommend.

Arived on time and quickly identified the problem, copied across a few missing registry files and advised how to avoid it happening again. He is able to connect remotely to my PC which he has done to cure a few snags and has been most helpful. I have recommended him to 3 others who have been delighted with his work and service. 100% satisfied.

Asked Michael to 'child protect' a laptop and PC and to install anti virus. Further work entailed more work on the PC. Michael knows his stuff and explained it all in laymans terms.

Michael set up an office network, despite me being very vague about what I wanted. He regularly sends follow-up messages asking how things are going. I will use him again.

I have had 2 computers repaired by this company. The work was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. Everything was explained to me in detail before any work was done and the work was done very quickly. I recommend this company.

I had issues connecting new wifi printer to laptops within family home and then I stumbled upon MPS computers and wow was I impressed with the service. Michael attended at the arranged time and then spent time here configuring laptops/printer, successfully. He is a polite and respectful person (offered to remove shoes at door) and talks you through all IT tasks at a level that you understand. Plain Jargon so thank you. Does not take payment until job completed and working. His service overall is exceptional and I will call upon him again for other computer upgrades or issues. I have no hesitation in referring this young man. Well done and thank you Michael.

I had a problem with my dell desktop which was fairly new, just a few months out of warranty. It Wouldn't boot past the initial windows screen. I tried everything I knew to fix it myself, but with no success. I phoned MPS computers and Michael was flexible and able to fit me in around my work hours. He completed thorough checks on my hard drive to diagnose the problem, corrected it, and was even able to recover my data. It now runs better than ever. Exceptional service, I have since recommended him to my girlfriend and father who both have had their machines repaired/upgraded.

Michael at MPS has now probably saved 2 of my kids laptops. His service is excellent and his fees are reasonable. I would recommend him - in fact I have.

My home PC started but no display, I suspected the graphics card. I called MPS after an internet search on my laptop as they are local.
Michael came round at exactly the agreed time, checked a few things, took PC back to his workshop, repaired it and returned within an hour. Took time to explain what he had done and seemed very knowledgeable and readily answered any questions.
PC now has much improved speed and graphics and has been ok for last 3 months.
I would readily recommend MPS to anyone who needs a friendly and efficient service at a good price.

My laptop was extremely slow and kept freezing all the time. I got in touch with MPS for the 1st time and when I got it back, it was like having a new computer!...I highly recommend MPS

My computer was failing to boot up. I phoned MPS and Michael was at my house within half an hour. He needed to take the computer away, but had it fixed and returned to me the same day. This was much appreciated as I had an urgent need for it at the time.

Michael made a home visit on a Sunday at very short notice. He was quick, accurate and efficient in diagnosing and solving our multiple computer problems.
