The range is fantastic and Jo was absolutely brilliant at helping me find the 'perfect' dress. She is fantastically honest about what suits you (which was refreshing compared to the 'hard sell' experience I had at other shops)and has a very good eye for finding gowns that flatter. I would highly recommend visiting this shop and could not fault one aspect of my experience. Thank you Jo! Amber Malone (now Mrs Seaton!) - Kenilworth.

I visited the shop on 01/12/12 it was the first one we had been to and didn't think in a millon years that I was going to walk out of there with the dress of my dreams. I hadn't got a clue what I wanted but Jo was fantastic, she put me at ease and what I thought was going to be an ordeal turned out to be a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Your Wedding Shop, Jo is friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

What I really loved was the friendly approach, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and I (and my friends) loved the opening of the curtains reveal with each dress! I found my dress in the shop, which was fantastic. I couldn't believe how simple it all was! I'd strongly recommend Your Wedding Shop for a warm and friendly experience, with no pushiness or hard sell (which was hugely appreciated), and some really beautiful dresses.

Everything I ordered has come in promptly and communication has been superb. Jo and Charlotte are always pleased to see me when I pop in to collect anything and I feel very relaxed about the whole process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When it came to trying it on Jo was so knowledgable and explained accessories / veils / jewellery / underskirts (she has even offered to lend me a free underskirt for my day!)I knew straightaway this was my dress. I felt really comfortable and confident with Jo as I had gone in alone and was quite nervous, she definately is an expert in the field and I would recommend the store and service to any bride looking for their perfect dress because I have found my perfect dress at this store and didn't dream I would find anything even remotely similar to the one that was £3k!

It was really useful to have someone give a honest opinion of how a dress looked one me, but also help find dresses that would flatter my shape. I would recommend anyone to visit ;-).

Me and my two bridesmaids were welcomed by a lovely lady who really put me at my ease and was so informative. Then Jo helped me try on a whole range of different dresses until I found The One! She was so encouraging and really listened to what I felt. They was no pressure, I could take my time and the service could not have been better! The icing on the cake was to find out that my dress was in the sale and an absolute bargain! Fantastic shop and fantastic staff, wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Lorna, Birmingham.

Jo and Charlotte are amazing ladies nothing is too much for them they made me and my family feel very special. Their service is second to none and I would recommend them in the highest capacity. Thank you Jo and Charlotte for all of your help, kindness and patience you have shown us and the outstanding service that you have given to me. You are both very special and we love you loads.
