Booked by email. Great communication at a date/time to suit me. Re-siting of satellite dish from ground level to 5th floor as signal was blocked by a tree. Engineers were polite and friendly and quickly figured out how to feed wires down five floors in the most visually acceptable manner. Very pleased with the result, particularly as previous engineers have been been unhelpful/seemed to be looking for excuses why the job couldn't be done. Sky now works perfectly. Would recommend.

Digital Ariel turned up and very quickly diagnosed our problem. They fixed the issue and tidied up afterthemselves.
I would recommend them and use them again myself. A great service

Professional & Friendly

When I called up Digital Aerial Installation
they helped me decide exactly what was
required and came as soon as possible. The
job was installing an aerial through 5 floors
which turned out to be 7 floors.

The installers quickly checked the building and
gave installation options on the best way to
route the cables. The installation was very
quick and clean despite having to guide the
wires through 2 floors which we do not
occupy.

The aerial was re-positioned and fit to give
optimum signal in a built up area. Installation
also included setting up the TV to ensure all
channels were available and signal quality was
very good.

I've never had an aerial installed but have to
say I was very impressed by the quality and
professional manner in which the work was
carried out and would highly recommend

Very friendly, responsive, even pro-active service. The replacement of LNB and run of a new cable was carried out speedily and efficiently and on time. Freesat HUMAX PVR
works a dream with superb picture quality. Would recommend to others.

When they arrived (on time) they checked and tested the existing lines and equipment and advised me on the options available as well as the relevant costs. They then installed and tested the new aerial and ensured everything worked correctly.
I was extremely happy with the service provided and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very helpful, attended quickly at a time convenient to me on a Sunday to install an aerial and mast. They measured the signal strength and found the aerial able to feed two rooms using a splitter fitted at the mast head.

We recently had a new digital aerial fitted by this company and they couldn't have been more helpful they fitted a new aerial and two new television points in a couple of rooms the job was done quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss would recommend them to anybody.
