I have been having Caci treatments at Epitome carried out by Emma for about 6 years and have always found her to be both professional and friendly and always look forward to my next one!!

I've had wonderful facials with back masage - also caci body treatments. The treatments are the best I have ever had & I have been to a few different salons, however nowhere else measures up to Epitome's standards & I will now be a totally loyal customer to them. Emma is always very welcoming & explains products & treatments whenever there's anything new. She is also an excellent therapist who loves her work!!Their receptionist (although quite new) is always very friendly offering you a drink when waiting

I have been having facials at Epitome since January 10', after my kids clubbed together & bought me a pamper voucher, I have continued once a month facials with Cally ever since, last week Cally gave the best facial yet.....(we change them on a 3 monthly basis) can't tell you how much I look forward to my once a month facial with her, a pretty expensive hobby but wouldnt give it up for anything.

After meeting Rebecca for the first time and discussing her photographic needs and being invited along as official photographer for Epitome and shooting our first project, the launch party for New CID Cosmetics with celebrity make up artist Mikey Phillips (MTV and QVC) at the salon in Bushey, I really got to see what Epitome was all about and discovered a whole new world of Health and Beauty.

Everything about the salon immediately grabbed me. It was easy to see why it is an award winning salon. Everything there speaks for itself from the products to the treatments and the relaxation of it all. The staff are outstanding as well as professionally qualified specialists. The salon really pulls you in to its environment and makes you feel a part of it with the personal care you receive.

I look forward to many more successful events and projects to capture photographically as well as now enjoying the relaxing treatment to help me get though my own busy life. I have discovered an amazing salon for both sides of my life, personally and professionally.

As soon as i entered the Epitome Health Spa i was immediately pleased with the lovely warm welcome i got from all of the workers! The reception was of lovely decor with a fresh, calm feeling to it and I immediately felt comfortable in my surroundings. The treatments that I received were of exceptional good value for the high standard they were performed at. I went to the salon and got a spray tan, pedicure and manicure. They were each of very good standard and throughout the time i stayed there i was welcomed and couldn't believe how lovely the staff were. I walked out the door very happy and feeling beautiful! I'll deffinatley be returning to Epitome very soon as it is one of the most welcoming and professional salons I have been to and will happily recommend this to all my friends that are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience!

As soon as you enter Epitome you get the sense of relaxation and calm, just what is needed after a long day. The salon is kept so clean and tidy that immediately you feel comfortable. The girls that work there are so lovely and caring, as soon as you arrive you are greeted with smiling faces and a warm welcome. The level of service is outstanding and the skilled team make sure that every treatment provided of the wide range available, is of the highest standard possible. I have had serval different treatments; from spray tans to manicures and pedicures all of which I was really pleased with. My therapist was very knowledgable and the advice she offered was very helpful. I enjoy every visit to Epitome.

Everything about Epitome is fantastic, it is a lovely place to just relax and get pampered, treatments are fantastic and staff are friendly and helpful. I have been going here for over 2 years and it never disappoints. They do a fantastic loyalty card deal which is great for me and saves me money! Alison is a great beauty therapist and a lovely person always making you relaxed and valued as a customer. Thank you to all and can't wait for my next visit in September.

I have a busy, stressful job in the city, but I know I can book in for some quality me-time at Epitome and leave this wonderful salon feeling relaxed, pampered & generally oozing calm thanks to the services of Rebecca and her lovely team.

My favourite treatments there are the wonderful massages which ease away those horrible knots of tension and the perfectly polished pedicures, which can make even my frightful feet look fabulous.

This all takes place in a light, airy, spotlessly clean boudoir-style interior - a heavenly sanctum in the heart of Bushey.

This was the first time i have been to Epitome, and i was reccomended by a few people. i will deffinatly be reccomending to other people!!! i had one of the spa packages, by Emma and it was amazing!!! i don't live locally, but will definatly travel to go there for treatments in the future

I recently started visiting Epitome after it was reccomended by a friend. I love my visits to the salon and I am always made to feel welcome and very special. The salon is not local to me but I have found the journy well worth while. As someone who has trouble with their skin it was great to find a salon and a breauty therapist who who knew how to treat it and could provide the best products for me. since visiting Epitome and changing the products I use to the ones thay suggested my skin is alot clearer and feels alot more healthy. the salon looks great and the staff are lovley. In my opinion Epitome is a great salon and worth a visit.

I first went to Epitome about a year ago and i will never go anywhere else now! As soon as I walk through the door I feel calmer and relieved from my everyday busy life. It always looks spotless and very fresh. The girls there are always lovely presented and are very kind. I started going for waxing but now have manicures and pedicures. I just wish my treatment lasted longer, and i had the time to go every week!

Epitome is a lovely salon clean and bright and very inviting. The treatments were amazing and the benefits lasted for ages, I loved the comments I relieved on my perfectly manicured nails! All the girls are of the highest standard and I'm always recommending all of them to all my friends.

When I first went to Epitome, I was overwhelmed by it's welcoming, relaxing atmosphere which I felt from the salon itself but also from the wonderful staff. I went for a spray tan, my first one, and felt a little uneasy of what it entailed but the staff made me feel so comfortable and were reassuring, I soon felt at ease. I was seen ontime and the treatment was fairly swift but enjoyable and the results I was firmly happy with. I have been back to the salon since and the same service was provided which I was delighted with. I'm far from suprised that Epitome have recently won Beauty Salon of the Year for London and the South East, a truly lovely salon that leaves you in a refreshed relaxed mood.

Epitome...what an excellent salon. I regularly visit the salon for all of my beauty treatments. I'm not local to the salon but making that extra journey is worth it. The staff always go above and beyond their roles to make sure you are most welcome in the salon, making you feel very relaxed in you time of pampering. From manicures and pedicures to facials and massages there is a wide range of treatments available.

Ending your journey of pampering with the most professional advice from the staff, with exceptional product knowledge on a wide variety of products, topped off with an excellent price label.

Thanks for always making my visit to the salon an enjoyable one.

I have been to Epitome a few times now, each time for a facial. I am always made to feel welcome and extremely comfortable! Being a man I thought I would feel embarrassed but as soon as I meet my therapist I felt at ease! I was also given great advice which is evident in my skin. Everyone here seems to go the extra mile.
