We have just launched an improved FreeIndex help and support area. In the past people have complained that it was difficult to get help or to make contact with us, and this update addresses this problem.
Our new ticket support system ensures that all the enquiries we get are answered in a timely manner (normally within 24 hours) and that we can follow up people’s problems and questions until they are completely resolved. If you have a support query, you can contact us here.
More help has also been added to the forum which contains the answers to 95% of the popular questions we get asked. You might also like to read a new article we have written about what makes us different from the rest!
