Job OverviewOur healthcare businesses provide a range of optical, medical and occupational health services to larger companies and the public sector, delivered via a fleet of mobile healthcare clinics.
The Territory Sales Executive will be an integral part of the sales team for our healthcare businesses. Working closely with and supporting the Sales Manager, the role holder will fulfill a range of sales activities as directed. Tasks undertaken will principally be field sales meetings at pre-arranged appointments but may also include identifying and qualifying new leads; initial telesales pitches, and account management.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey activities / responsibilities:
• Undertake pre-arranged field sales calls, presenting our products to potential customers in a consultative manner and addressing barriers to sale • Assist in telesales activity, including qualifying / warming leads in a consultative manner and researching potential leads to continue to build the lead pipeline • Limited telephone account management of existing customers, answering queries and administering repeat bookings • Work closely with the team to contribute to and / or manage regular sales and pipeline reporting
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredKey skills, competencies and knowledge: • Solid business to business field sales experience is essential, experience of consultative selling and telesales is desirable • Sound commercial awareness and the ability to quickly understand our sales offerings and customer needs • PC literate with experience of using internet, e-mail and Microsoft Office • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner • Candidates must be able to work in the EU
