Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated sales person who is confident selling over the phone, the role involves working with your own small team of lead generators closing their qualified leads.
This role is suited to experienced telesales people who are looking for the next step up. You will be responsible for managing your own group and competing with our other teams within the company.
Our lead generators contact small businesses through the UK and offer to lower the business telephone bills, interested businesses are sent the relevant information, your role is to follow these leads up and persuade people to take a 3 month trial at the lower prices.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe role is very challenging and gives a great deal of satisfaction as you and your team develop, it can also be a spring board for progressing in to other managerial roles within the company.
Because of the nature of the role there is a lot of money to be earned through commission and incentives on top of the high basic pay.
A proven track record of working within fast paced business to business outbound telesales environments.
Experience of outbound B2B sales and closing deals over the phone Money motivated and a desire to progress and develop.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required28 days holiday per annum inc stats.
Central Stockport location - free parking and excellent transport links.
No weekend or evening work (9 to 5:30, Mon - Fri).
1 hour lunch break, plus morning break.
High levels of commission and incentives plus an incredible opportunity to progress in a very fast growing company.
