ICS (Integrated Communication Services) a fast growing young and enterprising company based in Nottingham’s vibrant newly re-structured City Centre are recruiting for a Telemarketing Sales Executive to promote and generate interest in our Outbound call services.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to join our sales team. This role will challenge your skills and you will be resilient, determined and professional, able to prove your past sales success.
Duties and Responsibilities
Initially this role will be 100% proactive B2B cold calling to build and grow a key client data base.
- Selling and promoting third party outbound services in to a range of industries
- Gaining leads from an existing database of contacts, contacting dormant clients, calling at the end of contracts for renewal business, along with sourcing new leads through various sources.
- Proactive outbound calling, cold calling and prospecting for new business, speaking to decision makers to qualify interest.
- Making quality appointments for the sales team to close the sale.
- Gaining referrals with small to large organisations.
- Building business relationships with decision makers in companies, - Responsible for selling the benefits of using this organisation over the competition.
- Carrying out research on new companies and constant client liaison over the phone.
- Additional duties may be sending out and managing mail shots.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required
- Proven B2B appointment making and lead generation experience in a tough, price driven and service led industry ideal.
- Excellent client research skills combined with a solid understanding of the telemarketing sales process.
- Professional and consultative sales approach.
- Ability to liaise with decision makers at all levels.
- Strong personality and excellent communication skills.
- Self motivated, target driven and well organised.
- Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised.
