Job OverviewA vacancy has arisen for a full time Telemarketing Executive to join a small North East IT based telemarketing company. There are targets to be met which will result in an increase in hourly rate based upon ability.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe role includes;
Outbound cold calling,
Communicating to Senior and Middle Management over the phone promoting our clients’ solutions and generating sales leads for them,
Use of Microsoft Access database and probably another contact management system Data input as a result of all telephone work, and
Possible involvement in other areas of the business as and when required
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredGraduate / Undergraduate (Acceptable degrees – Law, Medicine, Business, Marketing, IT)
Hardworking / Professional outlook, be articulate on the phone, have good typing speeds / skills and not be phased by calling Directors and similar management personnel in a variety of large UK Businesses
All must be confident, committed, outgoing individuals happy to work as a team when required to do so.
Previous sales and telemarketing experience (not retail) can be a bonus
