The role of Telemarketing Campaign Manager is the pivotal point from which our organisation is able to deliver its products to its clients.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful execution of up to two telemarketing campaigns based upon delivering 5 days consultancy per week in exactly the same way as a Telemarketing consultant.
The creation and maintaince of all telemarketing campaigns as well as providing training and mentoring to new and existing telemarketing consultants.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredKey performance indicators relating to this role are: (most important first)
- Create a minimum of 10 sales meetings per month.
- To speak with a minimum of 10 primary decision makers per day.
- To make a minimum of 90 outgoing calls per day.
