Job OverviewWe are looking to appoint an experienced Team Leader to provide leadership to our supported living service in York which provides support to Adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities.
The Job of Team Leader (Learning Disabilities) entails providing our service users and their families with a quality support service which ensures that their support team are competent and focused and are able to fulfil their needs to the highest of standards.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesOnce you join us as you will be providing leadership to the supporting team ensuring a Proactive, positive and friendly approach with the passion and vision to contribute fresh ideas. To ensure the service is staff efficiently at all times taking into account training and any leave planned. You will also ensure our individuals are receiving the correct benefits and assist with managing their budgets and to be always there to offer advice and guidance. You will liaise with CQC and/or Supporting People and other relevant professional agencies complying to their standards and requirements.
