Job OverviewThis highly successful, 90 strong chain of factory outlet stores sells a great range of fashion, home ware and accessories and are expanding with another 30+ stores planned.In addition to great, fast track career prospects you have the chance to earn a competitive bonus, 20% discount, 31 days holiday, plus contributory pension and life insurance. Stores vary from 6000 to 8000 sq. Ft with turnover of up to £40k per week. Duties and ResponsibilitiesMain Duties:Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for all store operations including, but not limited to, the following: Managing the store budget Reviewing store performance related to the budget and taking appropriate action Maintaining brand image and operational standards Overseeing stock management Motivating staff Handling customer complaints Recruiting store staff in partnership with the HR dept Promoting good communication amongst staff Ensuring compliance with Company policy and Health and Safety. Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredKey RequirementsYou will need to have high volume retailing experience, in a multi-product environment, at management level.
