Job OverviewClifden House Dementia Care Centre in East Sussex is looking for a qualified and motivated senior nurse to manage the day to day delivery of nursing care. This upgraded care centre focuses on reducing medication and realising the living potential of residents with dementia, including Alzheimer's. The centre is in a seaside location with landscaped gardens and modern facilities.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis is a full time position managing nursing and care staff; overseeing nursing care plan delivery; administering medication; liaising with families and representatives. Further training offered and ability to develop experience with us!
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredOur candidate will be enthusiastic, knowledgeable and capable of managing in this often difficult but very rewarding environment. Experience in a dementia care environment. Registered nurse with care NVQ experience.
