Duties and Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for winning new business, creating and following up leads, selling the services of the company and converting leads into jobs ensuring constant business growth. Working closely with Account Executive and Senior Designer you‘ll make sure pitches are won through creative campaigns and solid sales / customer services techniques. You must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative to find new clients, but also able to contribute and be open to team debate and collective thinking. You must have an understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising in order to fully grasp clients needs and offer appropriate solutions. Our existing client base is spread throughout the UK so you must be prepared to travel as necessary. This role could potentially suit an Account Executive / Manager looking for their next step or a new challenge.
