Job OverviewOur client is looking for a Sales Executive to join their expanding business.
Our client assists companies by providing cost effective, manageable assistance in Health and Safety, Employment Law and HR management and Environmental Compliance.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour role would be to attend appointments arranged by the internal Telesales team and discuss what you offer as a business and discuss their requirements.
The ideal candidate would be covering the territory, north of the river – west to east, up as far as Northampton.
Your target would be £13K per month. Their average sale is approx £1,600 and they convert 1 sale in 4 appointments. The average number of appointments per month is 40 (e.g. - 8 sales hits target per month and would take 32 appointments).
The basic salary would range between 20-25K depending upon experience etc and commission is paid at 5% on all sales. OTE if achieving target would be 28K-33K with no cap.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredOur client offers a company car covering business mileage only, holiday - 23days then additional day per year up to 25 days, pension scheme and private health care.
