Job OverviewWe require Team Managers and Sales Advisers to sell right to buy, door to door throughout the North East. You will be paid £100 per deal and car drivers will also get 25p per mile mileage. This is an easy sell compared to gas and electric and telecoms etc, and average earnings are over £1000 per week.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will be knocking door to door advising council and housing association tenants that they can get a free valuation on their home, which will lead to a free mortgage quote and then it is up to them if they wish to buy their home. They are not tied into or committed to buying their home.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredTeam Managers must have their own car and have a minimum of 1 years sales experience. You will be paid 25p per mile mileage as will anyone who will be using their car for work. Sales advisers do not need any experience as full training will be given though you must be confident, have good communication skills, reliable and have the hunger to earn some serious money.
