You must be passionate about making lives better, and be dedicated to clinical excellence - inspiring and supporting and be able to put people at the heart of everything you do. Experience working in a Nursing/Residential home setting essential. About the role. The impact you will have on residents' lives will go far beyond care and promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect. As part of a team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care, you will get to know our residents, and their families, enabling you to deliver a personalised model of care. You will be involved in building close relationships between nurses, residents, families and healthcare professionals. We will also look to you to motivate and mentor your team, delivering teaching sessions and guiding the professional development of junior colleagues.
