Job OverviewWorking on a self employed basis, running the public house operationally and ensuring the accounts are accurately submitted weekly.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou would be responsible in employing any staff needed and looking after personnel issues. You would be working under all elements of health and safety and the licensing laws, forming close relationships with the local officer. You would be proactive with regards to marketing and increasing profits, also working within targets and budgets set. You would be responsible in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, ensuring repeat custom with local community and building on reputation.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredYou need to be a manager with previous pub management experience, a good team player with excellent communication skills.
You MUST be a personal licence holder and have a good understanding of current legislation.
